The final offering from the late master of American comedy. Produced a month before his death, this was to be Carlins final special, and it is as good as any hes done yet.

George didnt go quietly....his previous effort LIFE IS WORTH LOSING is a particular favorite of mine as he really nailed the fat overfed and lazy public that has turned this beautiful jewel of a country into a sea to shining sea SHOPPING MALL! In this last effort he again takes on sacred cows like CHILD WORSHIP and our own complacency as he says Americans are never going to get in gear as long as we have cell phones that make us pancakes and rub our balls!! This isnt the hippy dippy weatherman, baseball/football or a place for my stuff...but a wake up call from a man who knew his time was coming to an end and was simply telling us its a rigged game, the table is tilted and its all bad for ya! Oh and his references to Governor Bush (the only office he was truly elected to) are spot on. He may hurt some feelings busting the whole SELF ESTEEM movement the way he does and it seems those that think his best years were the 70s-80s just dont get it..hes not complaining hes calling it the way it is or to put it another way SHINING A LIGHT on the situations, but that is hitting too close to the bone for MOST of us! George wasnt a bitter/angry/ old man...he cared and tried to use his humor and audience to remind us where we were going ....and hes right...its not good.

There are stand up comics who make a career out of other people’s pain; comics who make careers out of their own pain, and comics who make a career out of the story of their lives. Christopher Titus does all three [though in fairness, the other people’s pain comes from the members of his family, and his friends...]

Christopher Titus does something that no other comic does – he makes a childhood that should be tragic and turns it into humor. Whether he’s explaining why fathers are better parents than mothers; suggesting likely occupations for ex-junkies, or detailing the events of his childhood, Titus pulls no punches – in fact, on occasion, he leans into them.

This is an amazing album containing 15 outtakes from the famous sessions for the Antonioni cult classic. After recording for several days, only three songs ended up on the official soundtrack.

Over the years several outtakes appeared on dubious and soundwise poor bootlegs.

In 1997 a revised edition of Zabriskie Point was released, including four previously unreleased Floyd takes. But there was more, much more as this release proves.

No less than fifteen outtakes you never heard before in this quality or in any quality!
